1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, submitting an application, or opting in to receive communications from Frontier Financial Agency ("Frontier Financial Agency", "Frontier Financial", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a form.

2. Services

Frontier Financial Agency is a licensed life insurance agency. Submitting a quote request or application does not constitute a binding offer of coverage, employment, contract, or partnership. Coverage is subject to carrier underwriting and approval. Frontier Financial Agency reserves the right to evaluate, accept, or decline any request or application at its sole discretion.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC & TCPA)

3.1 Program description. Frontier Financial Agency operates a text messaging program used to contact clients, prospects, applicants, and prospective agents. Messages fall into two categories: (1) marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts, and promotions; and (2) informational and transactional messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, notifications, and account-related updates.

3.2 Opt-in and consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Frontier Financial Agency at the mobile number you provided. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, employment, or of receiving any service from Frontier Financial Agency.

3.3 Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

3.4 Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

3.5 Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you send "STOP" we will send you a confirmation message and stop sending SMS messages. To re-subscribe, opt in again through one of our forms.

3.6 Help. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or email gabepickett@frontierfinancialagency.com.

3.7 Supported carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.8 Privacy. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3.9 Email communications. You may also receive email communications from Frontier Financial Agency related to your request or application. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional and account-related emails will continue as required.

3.10 Compliance. Frontier Financial Agency complies with all applicable federal and state laws, the TCPA, CTIA messaging guidelines, and wireless carrier requirements regarding SMS messaging. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, request a quote, or apply. For agent opportunities, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States; licensing requirements vary by state.

5. Truthful Information

All information you submit must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation may result in denial of coverage, disqualification, or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Frontier Financial Agency brand — is owned by Frontier Financial Agency and protected by applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

Insurance coverage, rates, and product availability are subject to carrier underwriting, state availability, and approval, and are not guaranteed. Any income statements or earnings claims for agents are estimates and not guarantees; results vary based on effort, market, licensing status, and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Financial Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our SMS program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site or our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
